چکیده
Chlorpyrifos-methyl (CM) is a broad-spectrum organophosphate insecticide, which widely used in pest control. In this research, the isolation, and biochemical molecular identification of bacterial strains obtained from three soils located northeastern Algeria were carried out, as well evaluation their ability to grow presence CM. Out 48 isolates between Gram-negative Gram-positive identified, several able on mineral agar with at least 25 mg·l–1 Four bacteria showed best growth capacity, identified Bacillus sp. H1-80, Brevibacterium frigoritolerans strain WJB99 two GL5. The tested for liquid media CM sole energy carbon source. general, these slow but significant visualized by 600 nm turbidity control, suggesting that they could be bioremediation applications polluted soils.

Isolation, Characterization and Growth Response Study of Chlorpyrifos Degrading Bacteria from Cultivated Soil
In the present work, six bacterial isolates capable of degrading chlorpyrifos (an organophosphorus pesticide) were obtained by enrichment from soil samples collected from the cultivated fields of Rajkot district of Gujarat State. The isolates were capable of growing in the presence of chlorpyrifos, in the concentration range of 60-100 mg/L. The highest value of MIC (100 mg/L) was reported for b...
متن کاملIsolation and molecular characterization of Cryptococcus species isolated from pigeon nests and Eucalyptus trees
Background and Purpose: Cryptococcus species are pathogenic and non-pathogenic basidiomycete yeasts that are found widely in the environment. Based on phenotypic methods, this genus has many species; however, its taxonomy is presently being re- evaluated by modern techniques. The Cryptococcus species complex includes two sibling taxa of Cryptococcus neoformans and Cryptococcus gattii. We aimed ...
متن کاملIsolation and Characterization of Protease Producing Bacillus Species from Soil of Dairy Industry
Microbial enzymes are often more useful than enzymes derived from plants or animals because of are more stable than their corresponding plant and animal enzymes and their production is more convenient and safer (Wiseman, 1987). Only about 2% of the world’s microorganisms have been tested as enzyme sources. Microbial proteases are degradative enzymes, which catalyze the total hydrolysis of prote...
متن کاملExpression of Bacillus Species Isolated Phytase Gene from Soil by PCR Method
Abstract Background and Objective: Recognizing and using of isolated phytase in the soil microorganisms are paramount importance to produce the Phytase enzyme utilized commercially in different industries. This study was conducted to recognize different bacillus species which are Phytase producers and detection of the gene that can produce this enzyme. Material and Methods: Soil samples were...
متن کاملIsolation and Characterization of Chlorpyrifos Degrading Bacterial Isolates from Rice Soil
The use of synthetic pesticides as crop protection agents has become the widely accepted ecological weapon for higher crop production. With the restricted use of most of the organochlorine insecticides, the organophosphorus compounds are taking the major share of insecticide consumption in India (Adityachaudhury et al., 1997). Chlorpyrifos [O, O diethylO-(3, 5, 6trichloro-2-pyridyl) phosphoroth...
